STUDIO APARTMENTS:

Three self-contained studios are accessed by a second driveway at the side of the property. Each studio is named after one of the local Byron Bay beaches, Tallows, Wategos and Belongil.  The studios each have a tranquil rear balcony overlooking beautiful rainforest reserve.

If you are a couple, looking for a cost effective Byron Bay holiday other than traditional motel / apartment option, the studios are perfect for you. For guest convenience and privacy, each studio has a separate entrance with:

• Luxurious queen size bed
• Comfortable designer-lounge which converts to a double bed
• Plasma TV and DVD player
• Fully equipped kitchenette including bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle cutlery and crockery.
• Deluxe  ensuite bathroom
• Tranquil rear balcony

BOMBORA HOUSE - fully self-contained three bedrooms:

Bombora is a fully equipped two storey house with large outdoor deck area, BBQ facilities with alfresco dining in the relaxing pavilion. It has three bedroom and two bathrooms.

With privacy in mind, Bombora House affords separate access to each facility to ensure guests are well catered for

Upstairs:

• Luxurious master-bedroom with a king sized bed
• A second bedroom which can be set up as three king single beds, or with a king sized double bed and a king single. 
• An expansive resort-style bathroom and an entertainment room equipped with a large flat screen TV and DVD player

Downstairs:

• Unsurpassed in holiday houses, the ultra-modern kitchen features large granite and stainless steel food preparation areas and European appliances - a perfect for "foodies" to prepare culinary delights.  Kitchen facilities include: dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine, commercial oven, large two-door stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, ample glassware, cutlery and crockery.
• A large open plan lounge and dining area extends from the kitchen with ample seating for guests to enjoy
• A third bedroom which can accommodate a king sized double bed or two king single beds
• A generously sized stand alone bathroom and separate toilet 

Bombora House is completely separate from the three studios which are accessed via their own driveway.
